That’s 37 states for MN residents
and 37 States for WI residents!!!
No permits are valid in DC but on 7/26/14 a federal judge rule DC's ban on carry unconstitutional so watch for news and a possible Supreme Court case.
IL non-resident permits are not available to MN or WI residents You are now allowed to have a loaded weapon in your vehicle in IL if you have a permit from your home state.
The actual permits you apply for would depend on your travel habits.
